Just a really quick post to let everyone know that we have an agreement with the wonderful people running this years Track World Cup event here in Melbourne (Cotter Pin) to help support Forbesy. As part of their corporate hospitality there is a dinner in the middle of the velodrome for each night of competition (Nov 20 – 22) – so you get to eat, drink and relax in a unique atmosphere while watching the best track cyclists in the world do their stuff. Any tickets sold (who mention Michael at booking) will have a portion of the profit go direct to 4w4s- Michael Forbes account — which is brilliant! Also, we will run a couple of silent auctions and a raffle on each of the night’s of competition.

Mike’s health being OK, we are planning on having a night out on Sat 22nd to have dinner and watch the cycling – so grab a couple of mates, come along on the 22nd and have dinner and a beer with Forbesy while we watch the cycling.

And finally, speaking (as I was) of wonderful people ….. my work mates at ANZ are amazing! The many who stopped by the blue house on the weekend will know why we are so grateful. The whole team gave up a day and headed to the blue house to give it a bit of a spring clean. It looks incredible! To the point that I was worried that without the dirt and grime it might just fall down! The garden looks fabulous, and most importantly Mike spent a few hours at home able to just enjoy being here – without looking at everything that needed doing and that he normally did. Will get some before and after photos – but thankyou, thankyou, thankyou!
