The freak is at it again. Trachae tube out, he just blew 2.65VC. Trachae was a bit blocked. VC was expected to be lower after trach taken out, but once removed he blew an extra 0.5 litre. We can’t shut him up. Rgds Mon

No of us are surprised of course.

Well done cobber! It was so fantastic to speak to you this morning, a wonderful surprise. Great that mum got the technology working with the phone too. I was not at all surprised to hear how focussed you are in doing everything right. Continue on that path and the milestones will be marked off with flying colours.
Our flights have finally been sorted, and it won’t be long until Lorian and I will be back there with you. Keep the good things happening, and looking forward to seeing ya soon!
Love to Mon and Ash. Thanks to all of Mike’s and Mon’s great network of friends for all of their support. I am truly thankful that Mike, Mon and Ash have the best of care, especially whilst I have been so far away.
Lots of love
Pete and Lorian

Just to see the boy sitting up this afternoon was a great thrill. We had both the siblings on the mobile for Mike to use his “new found” voice to have a little chat. He was very interested in finding out where his siblings were up to with Pete in Italy, just a few borders away from the sport he so dearly loves and Sal with her kids in Perth. Mike also savoured his first food today and the “nil by mouth” came down. He rolled his eyes as the delights of an orange drink with corn flour was swilled through the taste buds and deposited, after some difficulty in sorting out the oesophagus from the trachea. Dad mowed his lawn weeded his back garden and got doggy poo on his shoe!
